Job summary

Microbac Laboratories, Inc. is seeking a Customer Relationship Specialist in Newton, IA to ensure outstanding customer satisfaction.

You will coordinate activities across sales, laboratory operations and client services, welcoming new accounts and ensuring timely communications and issue resolution. The role involves onboarding, managing client requirements, and maintaining strong relationships with Tier I and II customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Chemistry, Biology or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of related industry experience.
• Excellent customer service skills and strong verbal/written communication.
• Ability to plan, organize and lead projects and multi-task effectively.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high level of customer contact and act as liaison between client and lab staff.
• Manage logistics of client projects to meet timelines and costs.
• Onboard new accounts and ensure proper setup in ELement/CRM systems.
• Review COA and invoicing with customers to confirm tests and reporting formats.
• Communicate test results and updates to customers and internal teams.
