Job summary

Microbac Laboratories, Inc. is seeking a Customer Relationship Coordinator to support the Customer Relationship team and operations with world-class CX for Tier III clients. You will handle greetings, inquiries, data entry, report support, and onboarding coordination in our lab systems.

Ideal candidates have strong customer service, excellent communication, PC literacy, and a basic understanding of regulatory standards. A sciences-related bachelor’s degree or relevant experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Broad knowledge and proven experience in customer service

Responsibilities

• Greeting clients and routing inquiries; providing timely CX
• Assist in reports and clerical duties; support onboarding and account setup
• Maintain professional contact with Tier III clients and coordinate with ops
• Enter data accurately and manage documents in CRM/LIMS
• Field inquiries, provide results or information, and follow up with solutions
• Coordinate onboarding; verify COA/invoice details with customers
