Microbac is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Associate in Newton, IA. You will receive, process, and hand off samples to laboratory personnel, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely analysis.

This role requires strong data entry, client communication, and the ability to relay technical information to non-technical staff in a fast-paced environment. The position offers competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Environmental Testing Laboratory experience is strongly desired.
• Client service or QA experience preferred.
• Clear and effective communication with laboratory staff and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to plan, organize and lead projects; strong teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between client, account management, and laboratory staff.
• Coordinate client projects to meet timelines and quality standards.
• Receive, triage, and process samples for analysis.
• Store, organize, and retain samples; manage disposal where applicable.
• Provide sample supplies to customers and maintain inventory.
• Maintain client satisfaction through collaboration with stakeholders.
• Communicate technical data to leadership and clients; suggest service improvements.
• Work accurately in a fast-paced environment; delegate tasks as needed.
