ADP is hiring a Client Onboarding Specialist to guide new mid-sized clients through the implementation of ADP payroll and HR solutions, building trust and ensuring successful adoption.

You will engage with diverse clients across geographies, manage onboarding projects, and collaborate with sales and service teams in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment with strong training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Basic project management skills.
• You can work overtime hours during peak seasons.

Responsibilities

• Onboard Clients: create exceptional onboarding experiences for each product or service implementation.
• Implement ADP Technologies: consult with clients and analyze existing systems to deliver a comprehensive solution.
• Partner Internally: collaborate with sales and customer service and share updates with the client project team.
• Multi‑Task - Communicate: manage multiple time‑sensitive projects and share information with clients and teams.
• Organize: maintain a daily schedule and handle a high volume of inbound calls, especially during peak seasons.
