Job summary

Gallagher is seeking a Client Service Manager to lead service delivery for commercial clients. You will collaborate with your team and clients to build strong relationships, guide renewals, and ensure value in every interaction.

You will mentor colleagues, explore opportunities for additional services, and ensure compliance with industry standards while delivering high-quality solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years client service and/or claims management experience OR High School degree/GED with 5+ years
• Property and Casualty Insurance License
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Desire to build relationships and deliver results
• Adaptability and resilience for shifting priorities
• Collaborative mindset to work with teams across Gallagher

Responsibilities

• Manage the renewal process by compiling information, analyzing needs, and delivering tailored solutions including proper coverage
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through timely responses and high‑quality service
• Support team in addressing client risk management needs via consultative conversations and strategies
• Conduct regular audits to ensure regulatory compliance and high service standards
• Maintain accurate client and policy data in Gallagher systems and perform audits
• Leverage Gallagher technology to enhance productivity and streamline processes
• Mentor junior team members with feedback and professional growth
• Manage multiple priorities to meet client expectations and deadlines
