Job summary

Gallagher Benefit Services is seeking a Senior Client Manager to ensure exceptional service delivery for client accounts. You will work with the sales team to ensure client satisfaction and lead Client Service Associates, fostering a learning-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years client service or claims management experience, or 8+ years with HS/GED.
• Travel up to 25% of the time.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Life and Health licensing required.

Responsibilities

• Manage increasingly complex client accounts with a focus on self-funded business, collaborating with teammates.
• Lead Client Service Associates and create a learning environment.
• Prepare RFPs, coordinate vendor responses, support negotiations, analyze proposal results, and develop client presentations.
• Cross-sell and coordinate resources within Gallagher (Pharmacy Practice, Retirement Services, HR Consulting, Voluntary Benefits).
• Guide and support new hires and account associates.
• Complete internal professional development to understand the insurance industry and Gallagher's processes.
