Job summary

Arete IR is seeking a Client Success Manager (CSM) to join the Managed Services team. You will act as a primary client interface, advocate for service delivery, and coordinate across internal departments to ensure timely, accurate contractual services and adoption of products.

You will prepare business reviews, track engagements, and communicate findings to both technical and executive stakeholders while maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience involving project or incident response engagements.
• Bachelor's Degree with 2-5 years related experience or Associate's Degree with 6-8 years related experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates value delivery to the customer.
• Coordinates and tracks multiple work streams across engagements.
• Serves as point of contact for customer inquiries.
• Manages and maintains executable operational plans in line with objectives and contractual commitments.
• Tracks service and project engagements to ensure outcomes and objectives are reached.
• Prepares and presents Business Review reports with customer stakeholders.
• Project manages low-touch engagements.
• Identifies customer cyber/operational risk and provides mitigation solutions.
• Develops comprehensive reports and presentations for technical and executive audiences.
