Job summary

Avertium is seeking a Customer Success Manager to oversee a portfolio of strategic customers, acting as a trusted advisor between customers and internal teams. The CSM will drive retention, expansion, and adoption of Avertium’s cybersecurity solutions, delivering value through proactive engagement and tailored service delivery.

Responsibilities include leading quarterly business reviews, coordinating with Sales and Service Delivery, and ensuring customer outcomes align with security objectives

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer success experience, preferably in security, cloud, or managed services.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organization and time management skills.
• Ability to learn and apply technical expertise with new platforms.
• Self-starter with high ROI through listening and proactive work.

Responsibilities

• Drive retention and expansion across a portfolio of strategic customers.
• Maintain dashboards and notes, ensuring clear internal communication.
• Collaborate with Sales, Service Delivery, and Operations to identify opportunities.
• Lead customer reviews and present value-driven outcomes.
• Coordinate training opportunities and promote new features.
