Job summary

Arctiq is seeking a Technical Client Service Manager to serve as the primary liaison between MSSP clients and internal teams. You will ensure client satisfaction and successful service delivery against SLAs, blending customer service with technical understanding and project management.

The ideal candidate has cybersecurity knowledge, experience in MSP/MSSP environments, and can communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.

Qualifications

• Education in Information Security or related field.
• Experience in an MSP or MSSP environment.
• Certifications such as Security+, CISSP, or CISM are a plus.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Experience coordinating with technical teams and managing timelines.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
• Ensure services are delivered according to SLAs.
• Monitor service performance and report on key metrics.
• Coordinate with technical teams to resolve client issues.
• Manage service delivery projects and implementations.
• Provide regular updates on performance, incidents, and trends.
• Identify opportunities for upselling MSSP services.
• Support the sales team in client presentations and proposals.
