Job summary

Anthropic is seeking a Manager, Customer Success – Cyber in San Francisco. You will lead 5–10 CSMs covering security accounts and coach them on adoption, value realization, and expansion.

Your cybersecurity expertise and executive presence will guide engagements with CISOs and principal engineers across Anthropic products. You’ll shape scalable CS processes, partner with Sales and Product, and drive renewal risk mitigation, expansion pipelines, and high customer satisfaction for enterprise

Qualifications

• 7+ years in customer success or related roles with 2+ years in front-line management.
• Proven track record building CS teams in SaaS, API, or AI/ML.
• Experience managing enterprise accounts and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage and develop 5-10 Customer Success Managers covering cybersecurity accounts.
• Coach team on CS best practices, adoption, expansion, and value realization.
• Provide cybersecurity subject matter expertise to engage CISOs and CIOs.
• Drive metrics: expansion, health scores, retention, and CSAT.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Marketing to drive adoption.
• Develop scalable CS processes and playbooks for growth.
