Job summary

Saddle Creek Logistics Services in Kentucky is seeking a Client Service Coordinator to deliver a high-quality, professional client experience and act as a liaison between clients and Saddle Creek.

You will support client relationships, answer questions, track enhancements, and coordinate activities across operations, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

The role requires at least six months in customer service, HS diploma or GED, and familiarity with warehouse management systems.

Qualifications

• Associates’ Degree preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum six months in a customer service role.
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicates with clients verbally and in writing with a professional attitude.
• Support client relationships by acting as an extension of the client's business.
• Build strong rapport with partners, manage expectations, and provide status updates.
• Assist clients with questions, offer solutions, and research issues to provide timely resolutions.
• Enter, review, coordinate, and track progress on client requested enhancements and issues.
