Job summary

Saddle Creek Logistics Services is seeking a Client Service Coordinator to deliver high-quality, professional client experiences and act as the liaison between clients and Saddle Creek. You will assist with client questions, investigations, and issue resolution, while building strong partnerships with clients and internal teams.

The role requires strong communication, a proactive mindset, and the ability to manage multiple client requests across systems.

Qualifications

• Associates' Degree preferred; High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 6 months of experience in a customer service role.
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between client and Saddle Creek; resolve questions and issues.
• Build rapport and manage client relationships and expectations.
• Enter, review, and track requests and issues in relevant systems.
• Provide status updates and coordinate with operations on client projects.
• Assist in identifying process improvements to enhance the client experience.
