Job summary

Saddle Creek Logistics Services is seeking a Client Service Coordinator to deliver a high-quality, professional client experience and act as a liaison between the client and Saddle Creek, assisting with issues and providing effective solutions.

The role builds and maintains relationships with associates, client retailers, and vendors, using our CRM and warehouse systems to track requests, provide status updates, and drive continuous process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Associates’ Degree preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 6 months of customer service experience.
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers verbally and in writing with a professional attitude.
• Support client relationships by acting as an extension of the client's business.
• Build rapport with partners and manage expectations and status updates.
• Enter, review, and track progress on client requests and issues.
• Identify process improvements to enhance the client experience.
