Job summary

Saddle Creek Logistics Services is seeking a Client Service Coordinator (CSC) to serve as the primary liaison between clients and Saddle Creek, resolving questions and guiding issues using multiple systems. The role requires building strong client relationships and proactive communication with partners and vendors.

The ideal candidate will have at least six months in customer service, experience with WMS, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Associates’ Degree preferred.
• Six months of customer service experience required.
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Communicates with customers verbally and in writing in a professional manner.
• Supports client relationships by acting as an extension of the client’s business.
• Builds rapport with partners and manages expectations and status communication.
• Assists clients with questions, offers solutions, researches issues and tracks progress.
• Enter, review, coordinate and track progress on client enhancements and issues in systems.
• Participates in client meetings and presents as needed.
• Oversees CRM and dispatches tickets appropriately.
• Coordinates professional communication with clients, retailers, and Saddle Creek vendors.
