Job summary

Wallace Management Company, a network of small loan branches, is seeking an Account Manager to deliver outstanding customer service and drive growth across locations.

In this role you will handle loan payments, prepare documents, build lasting relationships, and work with management to maintain standards. Travel to branches may be required. Full-time and/or part-time positions available.

Qualifications

• Provide quick and friendly customer service in person or over the phone.
• Prepare loan documents and manage the application process.
• Create and maintain positive customer relationships and keep customers updated on loan status.
• Contact customers about overdue payments and help them get back on track.

Responsibilities

• Providing quick and friendly customer service either in person or over the phone to assist with questions or taking and posting loan payments.
• Preparing loan documents and managing the application process.
• Creating and maintaining positive customer relationships and keeping in contact with customers regarding their loan status.
• Contacting customers to help them get back on track if they have overdue payments and coordinating with management to maintain branch standards.
