Job summary

Wallace Management Company LLC is seeking an Account Manager to deliver outstanding customer service and manage loan-related interactions across branches. The role involves in-person or phone support, loan payment processing, and maintaining client relationships.

Full-time positions are available in multiple locations, with potential travel to assist in branch operations and growth of the business.

Qualifications

• Providing quick and friendly customer service to assist with questions or taking and posting loan payments
• Preparing loan documents and managing the application process
• Creating and maintaining positive customer relationships and communicating loan status to customers
• Contacting customers to help them get back on track if they have overdue payments
• Partnering with Management to maintain branch operating standards and grow the business

Responsibilities
