Job summary

KeeperEdu in Virginia is seeking a Client Success Lead (Sales & Marketing) to drive growth and engagement for our modern school management platform. You will align Sales, Marketing, and Growth efforts, build strong customer relationships, and optimize funnels for lead conversion.

You will lead a team, develop strategic plans, and ensure compliance with regulations while delivering measurable results. A strong background in digital marketing and CRM is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of three years in Sales, Marketing, or Digital Marketing.
• Hands-on experience with Digital Marketing, CRM, and ERP tools (GoHighLevel, Odoo, HubSpot, Figma).
• Knowledge of search engine algorithms and SEO analytics tools (GA/GC).
• Strong understanding of Digital Marketing – GoHighLevel, SEO, Funnels, Emails, Content, PPC.
• Understanding of GDPR and compliance, policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication, and ability to lead a team.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with onsite and remote teams to align Sales, Marketing & Growth efforts.
• Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans for growth.
• Identify potential customers and build relationships to increase leads and conversions.
• Design and optimize sales funnels for efficient lead acquisition.
• Achieve sales targets while upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Track performance metrics and report progress to align with goals.
• Ensure activities comply with regulations and standards.
• Work with product to translate customer needs into features.
• Train and mentor sales/marketing teammates; lead best practices.
• Lead social media campaigns for brand engagement and growth.
• Utilize CRM workflows, automations, and opportunities to enhance engagement.
• Build and lead a dynamic Sales & Growth Team, including hiring and mentoring.
• Provide after-hours and weekend support as needed for progress and emergencies.
• Stay current with trends and apply new processes to drive excellence.
