Job summary

Challenge Success is seeking an experienced Marketing & Growth Manager to strengthen outreach, engagement, and demand generation among school and district audiences.

Reporting to the Director of Advancement and the Director of Educational Partnerships, you will translate priorities into content and targeted campaigns, while managing day-to-day marketing and growth activities and chasing measurable improvements in lead generation and nurturing.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of marketing experience in K-12 or education sector.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Fluency with digital marketing and CRM platforms.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to move between strategy and execution.

Responsibilities

• Translate organizational priorities into compelling content and focused marketing campaigns.
• Owner of day-to-day marketing and communications execution and optimization.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen effectiveness and implement measurable lead generation and nurturing.
• Test new approaches and use performance data to improve campaigns.
• Collaborate across teams with curiosity and initiative.
