Job summary

Surpass Growth LLC is seeking an account manager to onboard new clients, ensure tracking and data collection, and keep projects on schedule through the first 90 days. You will explain reports in plain terms and coordinate website changes.

You will walk clients through monthly numbers, spot issues before they arise, and maintain calm communication with busy business owners, managing multiple accounts with strong organization.

Qualifications

• Experience in account management, customer success or a client-facing role.
• Comfort reading simple reports and explaining what changed.
• A calm phone manner with busy business owners.
• Strong organization across many accounts at once.

Responsibilities

• Run onboarding: account access, photos, services, prices and hours from each new client.
• Make sure call and form tracking is in place before anything launches.
• Walk clients through their monthly numbers in plain words.
• Coordinate website changes, keyword swaps and review requests.
• Spot accounts that need attention and act before the client calls.
