Confidential Client is a fast-growing coaching and personal development company founded in 2016, helping entrepreneurs and individuals transform their lives and businesses. We are seeking a detail-oriented client success professional to own client relationships, drive onboarding, and manage follow-up across channels.

You will combine reactive support with proactive outreach, coordinate accounts receivable tasks, and participate in quarterly live events, with travel as required.

Qualifikationen

• 2–4+ years in customer support/success/account management.
• C1 English, strong communication and comfort with difficult conversations.
• Willing to travel quarterly for live events.
• 15 days PTO, 7 paid holidays, coaching access, and event attendance.

Aufgaben

• Serve as primary point of contact for clients across multiple channels, owning issues to resolution.
• Combine support with proactive outreach, onboarding, account follow-up, and relationship building.
• Lead onboarding one-on-one and via webinars; conduct outbound outreach.
• Manage accounts receivable and payment follow-up, including collections conversations.
