Job summary

SmartScale360 is hiring a Client Success Manager to manage client relationships, lead onboarding, support account growth, and ensure a strong customer experience for our U.S.-based clients.

You’re a Strong Fit If You Have: 3-5+ years in Client Success, Customer Success, Account Management, or related field; experience with U.S.-based clients; strong English communication; CRM and project management familiarity.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in Client Success, Customer Success, Account Management or related field.
• Experience managing U.S.-based clients or working with U.S. companies is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written English communication, with client-facing confidence.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships, onboarding, retention, and renewals.
• Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams (Recruitment, Operations, HR).
• Proficient with CRMs and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned client accounts and be the primary contact throughout the lifecycle.
• Lead client onboarding and implementation for a smooth handoff from sales to operations.
• Maintain proactive communication, conduct regular check-ins and account reviews.
• Monitor satisfaction, engagement, and service performance; resolve escalations.
• Identify opportunities for retention, upsell, and service improvements.
• Keep CRM records, notes, and documentation accurate and up-to-date.
• Collaborate with Recruitment, Operations, and Leadership to meet client needs.
• Support contract renewals and coordinate with internal teams on delivery.
