Responsibilities

• Handle incoming service requests from customers and carriers.
• Manage new and renewal insurance marketing, including negotiating with carriers and preparing materials.
• Provide insurance coverage recommendations and determine placement of coverage.
• Update and maintain customer data in agency management system.
• Identify and act on up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Deliver excellent customer service with the sales and service team.
• Follow policies, workflows, and maintain quality control and confidentiality.
