Marsh McLennan Agency is seeking a passionate service professional in Personal Insurance to develop, implement, and deliver outstanding customer service to clients, tailoring risk management solutions to each situation.

You will support sales colleagues, educate clients and carriers, handle renewals, and maintain accurate data in our agency system while upholding confidentiality and integrity in every interaction.

Responsibilities

• Work with customers and carriers to handle incoming service requests and inform, educate, and make recommendations to clients, carriers and underwriters.
• Manage new and renewal insurance marketing, including negotiating with carriers and preparing materials.
• Analyze coverage acceptability and provide recommendations for improved or additional coverage.
• Update and maintain client information in the agency management system.
• Identify and pursue up-sell and cross-sell opportunities with colleagues.
• Provide effective and efficient customer service in collaboration with the sales and service team.
• Follow policies, maintain file documentation, and protect confidentiality.
