Responsibilities

• Work with customers and carriers to handle incoming service requests and inform, educate, and make recommendations to clients, carriers and underwriters.
• Manage new and renewal insurance marketing: negotiating with carriers, preparing materials, collecting client information and ordering policies.
• Analyze acceptability and placement of coverage and provide recommendations for improved or additional coverage.
• Update customer information; ensure data is accurately captured and maintained in the agency management system.
• Identify opportunities for up-sell and cross-sell with colleagues to maximize client coverage.
• Provide effective and efficient customer service in coordination with sales and service teams.
• Follow organization policies, maintain quality control through documentation, and protect confidentiality.
