Job summary

OutSystems is seeking a customer‑level engineer to balance trust with clients by understanding their IT landscape and business needs, guiding technology adoption, and expanding OutSystems usage. You will become an expert, guiding development teams on best practices and overseeing solution architecture and technical quality.

You will interface with Technical Support, R&D, Sales, and Professional Services to advocate for customer challenges, drive roadmap updates, and support upgrades.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Mobile and/or Web application development, administration, or architecture experience

Responsibilities

• Design technical adoption plans to ensure sustained growth in technology proficiency
• Work closely with key Field stakeholders (Sales, Customer Success, Solution Architects, etc...)
• Understand your customer ecosystem and IT landscape
• Perform technical reviews and share knowledge to identify and prevent potential issues
• Understand your customers' technical infrastructures, hardware, and offerings
• Provide excellent customer support regarding their OutSystems use
• Catalog, categorize and share common customer issues with other OutSystems teams
• Serve as a customer advocate within OutSystems
• Deliver key OutSystems product roadmap updates and assist customers with upgrades
• Visit customers regularly as needed to provide an exceptional customer service experience
