The role requires 3+ years in customer-facing tech roles, deep enterprise networking, cloud proficiency, and excellent communication for executive audiences. Travel 10–20% for onsite engagements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a customer-facing technical role.
• Deep enterprise networking expertise (BGP, MPLS, IGPs, SD-WAN, observability).
• Experience with cloud platforms, APIs, and modern infra architecture.
• Excellent communication and executive presentation skills; travel 10–20% for onsite meetings.

Responsibilities

• Own technical success: act as primary technical advisor from POC through production, adoption, and expansion; build trusted relationships with customer architects and executives.
• Lead technical strategy and execution: own architecture for assigned accounts; translate requirements into detailed specs; lead reviews, onboarding, and complex production troubleshooting across networking, observability, APIs, and AI-driven workflows.
• Drive cross-functional outcomes: partner with CSMs, Sales, Solutions Engineering, Product, and Engineering to align execution with business objectives.
