Job summary

Elastic seeks a Customer Architect to champion technical success for customers, aligning Elastic solutions with business objectives. You will onboard, drive adoption, and expand usage, collaborating with account teams and service groups to deliver measurable ARR growth.

You will travel onsite, define technical success plans, and act as a trusted advisor to ensure customer value and satisfaction across the Elastic portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, engineering, info systems, or related field.
• Experience in roles like Solutions Architect, Technical Consultant, or Pre-sales Engineer.
• Hands-on experience with Elastic solutions or equivalent technologies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong social skills and ability to build customer relationships.
• Proven problem-solving abilities with innovative solutions.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with account team to provide ongoing technical coverage.
• Define the technical success plan for each customer.
• Lead onboarding, adoption, and ongoing consumption of Elastic solutions.
• Articulate Elastic value and align to customer goals.
• Identify and remove technical frictions to smooth adoption.
• Travel onsite to customer locations as required.
