Job summary

Engg is seeking a Success Architect specializing in Sales Cloud to guide customers through architecture design, integration strategies, and best-practice adoption. You will collaborate with customers and internal teams to optimize Salesforce deployments and drive long-term health.

You will serve as a trusted technical generalist, delivering proactive guidance, triaging issues, and communicating complex concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of hands-on technical experience in design and architecture.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce products, governance, and best practices.
• Experience in complex implementations and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Assess implementations and advise on issues, adoption and design.
• Provide reactive and proactive guidance on product best practices.
• Explain complex concepts to business and technical audiences.
• Triage gaps, resolve issues, and escalate to senior architects when needed.
• Execute playbooks from Support, Guides and Architect teams.
• Build relationships with partners to drive success and growth.
