Job summary

VideoScale, LLC is seeking a client-facing coordinator to onboard new subscription clients, translate briefs into actionable editing instructions, and keep projects on schedule with our turnaround promises.

You will manage revisions, serve as the trusted single point of contact, and identify at-risk accounts early while continuously improving the processes and templates the team relies on.

Qualifications

• Client-facing experience and relationship ownership with clients.
• Ability to translate briefs into clear editing instructions.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong organization with tracked briefs, timelines and revisions.
• Maintains composure when managing multiple accounts.
• Proactively flagging issues before clients notice them.
• Attention to details like logos, aspect ratios, and names.
• Curiosity to continuously improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new subscription clients and set expectations from day one.
• Turn client briefs into clear, editable instructions for editing team.
• Keep every project moving on schedule and within turnaround promises.
• Manage revision rounds and confirm feedback was applied.
• Be the single point of contact clients trust and enjoy hearing from.
• Notice expansion moments without being pushy.
• Surface at-risk accounts early so churn is prevented.
• Improve the systems and templates the team uses.
