Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
• Lead monthly and bi-monthly marketing recap meetings.
• Coordinate projects between web development, video production, SEO, and media strategy teams.
• Manage timelines and ensure projects are completed on schedule.
• Handle inbound inquiries and help onboard new clients.
• Develop new business through networking, referrals, relationship building, and appropriate outbound outreach.
• Maintain accurate client communications and project documentation.
• Work closely with agency leadership to improve systems and client experience.
• Help implement future agency initiatives as the company continues to grow.
