Rankings.io is seeking a highly organized Video Account Manager to be the main point of contact for clients from onboarding through content production, approvals, publishing, and ongoing management. You will collaborate with video production, creative, and advertising teams to keep projects moving and clients informed at every step.

The role requires ownership mindset, strong communication, and the ability to juggle multiple client accounts.

Qualifications

• Experience in account management, client success, project coordination, or a similar client-facing role.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client accounts and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence communicating directly with clients.
• A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Ability to follow up consistently, manage competing priorities, and keep projects moving without constant oversight.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate client records and project documentation.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with multiple internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the client onboarding process and coordinate kickoff activities.
• Coordinate onboarding requirements and set up client accounts and project boards in ClickUp/Slack.
• Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams during video content review and approval.
• Proactively follow up on revisions and approvals to prevent delays.
• Coordinate content publishing and keep clients informed of timelines.
• Facilitate client review/approval of video ads and lead gen forms.
• Track outstanding approvals and keep campaigns on schedule.
• Coordinate post-launch check-ins and collaborate with advertising teams.
• Manage day-to-day client communications via Slack and email.
• Maintain accurate project timelines and client deliverables in ClickUp.
• Identify delays and opportunities to improve the client experience.
• Coordinate across departments to align client expectations with deliverables.
