Rankings.io seeks a highly organized Video Account Manager to own onboarding, coordinate content production, and manage ongoing client relationships. You will liaise with video production, creative, and advertising teams to keep projects on track and clients informed from onboarding through publishing.

Qualifications

• Experience in account management, client success, project coordination, or similar client-facing role.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client accounts and deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with confidence communicating directly with clients.
• Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with ownership and accountability.
• Ability to follow up consistently and keep projects moving without constant oversight.
• Attention to detail and maintaining accurate client records and project documentation.

Responsibilities

• Own the client onboarding process and set up accounts, boards, and channels.
• Coordinate onboarding calls and ensure completion before video content is published.
• Serve as main liaison between clients and internal teams during content review and approvals.
• Track and follow up on outstanding approvals to prevent production delays.
• Communicate publishing timelines and confirm when content goes live.
• Facilitate client reviews of video ads and lead forms and coordinate post-launch checks.
• Maintain day-to-day client communications via Slack, email, and meetings.
• Build strong client relationships through responsiveness and professional conduct.
• Document action items and updates for internal stakeholders.
