Saddle Creek Logistics Services is seeking a Client Service Coordinator (CSC) in Lakeland, FL to deliver high-quality client experiences. You will serve as a liaison between clients and Saddle Creek, resolving questions and coordinating with internal teams to ensure service excellence.

The role emphasizes professional communication, relationship building, and proactive issue resolution in a warehouse environment. Some familiarity with WMS and MS Office is preferred.

Qualifications

• Associates’ Degree preferred.
• At least six months of experience in a customer service role.
• Experience with a warehouse management system (WMS) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicates with the customer verbally and in writing with a professional and positive attitude.
• Support client relationship by becoming an extension of our client's business.
• Build strong rapport with partners by managing relationships, setting expectations and status communication.
• Assist clients with questions, offer solutions, researches issues and provides status updates.
• Enter, review, coordinate and track progress in all client requested enhancements and issues tracking.
• Proactively identify process improvements that enhance the client experience and streamline operations.
