Job summary

Saddle Creek Logistics Services is hiring a Client Service Coordinator to provide a high-quality client experience and act as a bridge between the client and Saddle Creek. You will support issue resolution, track inquiries, and maintain strong relationships across associates, clients, and partners.

The role emphasizes professional communication, CRM usage, and collaboration with warehouse operations to fulfill client requests and improve processes.

Qualifications

• Associates' Degree preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 6 months of customer service experience.
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicates with the customer verbally and in writing with a professional and positive attitude.
• Support client relationship by becoming an extension of our client's business.
• Build strong rapport with partners, managing relationships and status communication.
• Assist clients with questions, offer solutions, research issues and provide status updates.
• Enter, review, coordinate and track progress in client requests and issues.
• Proactively identify process improvements that enhance the client experience and streamline operations.
• Maintain service reports shared with the client showing volumes and SLAs.
• Participate and present on client meetings as needed.
• Communicate client projects with operations (Kitting, Receiving, etc.).
• Coordinate and provide professional communication with clients, retailers, and SCLS vendors.
• Support parcel requests from carrier or client and escalate as needed.
• Oversee CRM and dispatch tickets appropriately.
• Support new client implementations/enhancements as needed.
• Navigate warehouse systems for client requests.
