Saddle Creek Logistics Services is seeking a Client Service Coordinator in Town of Florida, NY to deliver a high-quality client experience and act as a liaison between the client and Saddle Creek. You will resolve a wide range of questions and concerns using multiple systems while building effective relationships with associates, clients, and vendors.

Responsibilities include proactive communication, relationship management, issue tracking, and process improvements to enhance client satisfaction

Qualifications

• Associates’ Degree preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least six months in a customer service role.
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicates with customers verbally and in writing in a professional manner.
• Support client relationships by acting as an extension of the client’s business.
• Build rapport with partners, set expectations, and communicate status.
• Assist clients with questions, offer solutions, and provide status updates.
• Enter, review, coordinate, and track client enhancements and issues.
• Identify process improvements to enhance the client experience and operations.
• Maintain service reports shared with the client showing volumes and SLAs.
• Participate in client meetings and present as needed.
• Coordinate client projects with operations (Kitting, Receiving, etc.).
• Communicate with clients, retailers, and Saddle Creek vendors.
• Support parcel requests and issues from carriers or clients and escalate as needed.
• Oversee CRM and dispatch tickets appropriately.
• Support new client implementations/enhancements as needed.
• Navigate warehouse systems for client requests when needed.
