Job summary

Saddle Creek Logistics Services is seeking a Client Service Coordinator (CSC) to provide clients with a high-quality, professional experience and act as a liaison between the client and Saddle Creek.

The CSC will assist on all client issues, investigate questions, and resolve concerns using multiple systems while maintaining productive relationships with associates, agencies, clients, and the public. This role supports warehouse and office environments.

Qualifications

• Associates’ Degree preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 6 months of customer service experience.
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers verbally and in writing in a professional and positive manner.
• Support client relationships by acting as an extension of the client’s business.
• Build strong rapport with partners, manage expectations and provide status updates.
• Assist clients with questions, offer solutions, and research issues.
• Enter, review, coordinate and track progress on client requested enhancements and issues.
• Proactively identify process improvements to enhance the client experience and streamline operations.
• Maintain service reports shared with the client to provide visibility into volumes and SLAs.
• Participate in client meetings as needed and present updates.
