Job summary

Valued Pharmacy Services is seeking a Client Success Coordinator to bridge clients, prescription benefit consulting, and clinical program management. You will collaborate with analytics, consultants, and external partners to optimize prescription benefit programs and ensure flawless integration of clinical initiatives.

The role emphasizes affinity for claims auditing, reporting, and CRM maintenance, with a base salary range documented by the company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; CPhT or healthcare credentials preferred.
• 1–3 years in pharmacy, benefits management, healthcare, or related field preferred.
• Communicate effectively in writing and verbally.

Responsibilities

• Specialty Copay Assistance Program: handles member calls, copay program enrollment, audit claims, and tracker updates.
• Patient Assistance Program: helps find financial assistance for eligible members.
• IMM – identify new users, send letters, update CRM.
• Reporting – manage client and broker reporting requests and client performance reviews.
• Data Integrity – monthly audits of eligibility and data quality; collaborate with BI to fix errors.
• CRM Management – monthly updates in Zoho.
• AI Alert Emails – weekly high-dollar claim alerts to brokers and clients.
• Case Management – collaborate with PBM partners to resolve issues.
