Job summary

Valued Pharmacy Services is seeking a Client Success Coordinator to bridge clients, prescription benefit consulting, and clinical program management. You will collaborate with analytics, consultants, and external partners to optimize prescription benefit programs and ensure seamless clinical initiative integration.

The role emphasizes SCAP, IMM, DPS, reporting, data integrity, and CRM management, with a focus on proactive problem-solving and client satisfaction in a healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; CPhT or healthcare credentials preferred.
• 1–3 years’ experience in pharmacy, benefit management, healthcare, or related industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Specialty Copay Assistance Program (SCAP) calls, enrollment in copay card programs, and run accumulator reports.
• Assist Patient Assistance Program to find financial aid for eligible specialty members.
• Identify new IMM drug utilizers, send member letters, updates, and maintain CRM Zoho.
• Manage client and broker reporting requests; support consultants in client performance reviews and outcomes aggregation.
• Audit data platform integrity monthly; resolve missing/incorrect data with BI team.
• Maintain CRM Zoho with monthly updates to ensure current client status and documentation.
• Send AI alert emails to brokers and clients about high-dollar claims and outliers.
• Collaborate with PBM partners to resolve advanced member, plan, or reporting issues.
