Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a proactive Client Success Operations professional to serve as the main operational contact for clients and internal stakeholders. You will lead a matrix of roles to align client success strategy with projects and resources.

You will partner with senior leaders, manage prioritization, drive cross-team program implementations, and ensure client expectations are met through data-driven reporting and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, operations management or related field or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of healthcare account operation or similar experience with executive visibility.
• 1+ years planning, resourcing and executing client-visible projects across teams.
• 1+ years mentoring colleagues and driving cross-team collaboration.
• Strong client communication and ability to deliver bad news professionally.
• Experience with Excel and data analysis.
• Willingness to travel 3–4 days up to 6 times a year.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior account leaders to maintain visibility for client priorities.
• Lead program implementations across outreach, data ingestion, reporting, and activation.
• Communicate priorities and handoffs to internal teams and clients.
• Document client requirements and support executives with meetings and action items.
• Oversee client campaigns, reporting projects and ad-hoc analyses.
