Job summary

Valued Pharmacy Services is seeking a Client Success Coordinator in Chesterfield, MO. You will bridge clients, prescription benefit consulting, and clinical program management, collaborating with analytics, consultants, and external partners to optimize programs and ensure smooth clinical integration.

The role emphasizes data integrity, CRM maintenance in Zoho, and proactive communication with brokers and clients. Four days in-office with one remote day weekly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; CPhT or healthcare credentials preferred.
• 1–3 years in pharmacy, benefit management, healthcare, or related field preferred.
• Strong communication, ethics, and data handling abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and partners to optimize prescription benefit programs.
• Manage specialty copay and patient assistance programs and audit processes.
• Support data integrity and CRM maintenance within Zoho CRM.
• Prepare client performance reviews and aggregate PBM and consulting outcomes.
• Assist in case management with PBM partners and reporting requests.
