Valued Pharmacy Services is seeking a Client Success Coordinator to link clients with prescription benefit programs, clinical initiatives, and analytics. You will collaborate with consultants and partners to optimize programs and ensure smooth integrations.

The role emphasizes data integrity, monthly audits, and proactive communication with brokers and clients. Strong communication, problem-solving, and software skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT), or other healthcare credentials preferred.
• 1-3 years’ experience in pharmacy, benefit management, healthcare, or related industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Specialty Copay Assistance Program: facilitates calls, enrollment in copay card programs, audits claims, updates trackers.
• Patient Assistance Program: helps find financial assistance for specialty members.
• IMM: identifies new IMM drug utilizers and maintains CRM lists.
• Reporting: supports client performance reviews and data aggregation.
• Data Integrity: monthly audits and data quality improvement with BI.
• CRM Management: monthly updates in Zoho to keep client records current.
• AI alert emails: weekly high-dollar claims alerts to brokers and clients.
• Case Management: collaborates with PBM partners to resolve issues.
