Job summary

NFP Rx Solutions in Chesterfield, MO seeks a Client Success Coordinator to connect clients, prescription benefit consulting, and clinical program management. You’ll collaborate with analytics, consultants, and external partners to optimize programs and ensure smooth integration of initiatives.

This hybrid role emphasizes data integrity, reporting, and member communications. Base salary ranges from $38,500 to $61,600, with PTO, holidays, 401(k) with match, and wellness programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; healthcare credentials preferred.
• 1-3 years in pharmacy, benefit management, healthcare, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate client success activities and liaise with analytics and consultants.
• Support SCAP enrollment, auditing, and copay card program tracking.
• Manage IMM communications and member letters in CRM Zoho.
• Prepare client performance reviews and aggregate PBM outcomes.
• Ensure data integrity via monthly eligibility audits and BI collaboration.
• Maintain CRM Zoho updates to reflect current client status.
• Send weekly AI alert emails to brokers and clients.
• Collaborate with PBM partners to resolve complex issues.
