Job summary

NFP Rx Solutions in Chesterfield, MO is seeking a Client Success Coordinator to bridge pharmacy benefits, clinical programs and client analytics. You’ll collaborate with consultants, PBMs and internal teams to optimize programs and ensure seamless integration of initiatives.

Required: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, CPhT or healthcare credentials preferred; 1–3 years in pharmacy/benefit management. Skills include communication, problem solving and CRM experience (Zoho).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) or healthcare credentials preferred.
• 1-3 years’ experience in pharmacy, benefit management, healthcare, or related industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Specialty Copay Assistance Program (SCAP) support and enrollment.
• Patient Assistance Program support for financial assistance.
• IMM program management, CRM updates in Zoho.
• Reporting and client performance reviews support.
• Data integrity audits and BI collaboration.
• CRM Zoho maintenance and updates.
• AI alert emails to brokers and clients.
• Case management with PBM partners.
