Job summary

FF Inc. is hiring a Client Services Associate in Orlando, FL to support and strengthen client relationships while delivering a positive customer experience. You’ll be the main contact for a portfolio of accounts, handling day-to-day requests and coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients or customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships through regular communication and follow-up.
• Support client needs including updates, service requests, and account changes.
• Conduct outbound check-ins to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction.
• Track account activity, service issues, and opportunities in the CRM.
• Assist with onboarding new clients to ensure a smooth transition.
• Coordinate with sales, operations, and support teams to resolve issues efficiently.
• Share product updates, promotions, and service information with clients.
• Prepare basic reports, notes, and account summaries as needed.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism, responsiveness, and organization.
