Job summary

FF Inc. is seeking a proactive Customer Success Coordinator in Tampa, FL for a full-time role. You will support customers from onboarding through ongoing service, acting as the main point of contact and coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues and optimize the customer journey.

You will guide new customers, gather feedback, maintain accurate profiles in the CRM, and drive satisfaction and retention across the lifecycle.
