FF Inc. is seeking a proactive Customer Success Coordinator in Phoenix, AZ to guide customers from onboarding through ongoing service.

You will serve as the main contact, coordinate with sales, operations and support teams, and maintain accurate customer data to ensure a positive experience. Ideal candidates are organized, communicative, and customer-focused, with prior experience in customer success or related roles and comfort with CRM platforms.

Qualificações

• Onboarding and ongoing account activity experience preferred.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to coordinate across sales, operations and support teams.
• Customer-focused with proactive problem-solving approach.
• Experience with CRM platforms and data management is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Support customers throughout onboarding and ongoing account activity.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for questions and requests.
• Guide new customers through setup, activation, and available services.
• Learn individual customer needs, goals, and preferences.
• Provide clear information about products, services, features, and options.
• Conduct customer follow-ups and check-ins.
• Help resolve routine concerns and coordinate complex requests internally.
• Maintain accurate customer profiles and interaction history.
• Update customer information in CRM systems.
• Monitor open requests and ensure follow-through.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams on account needs.
• Gather customer feedback and communicate insights internally.
