Job summary

Cox Automotive is seeking a Commercial Services Specialist I to serve as a primary contact for client issue resolution, coordinating with Manheim and the national sales team. You will manage redemption processes, scheduling, payments, and documentation while delivering exceptional service.

You will work with Accounts Receivable on posting charges, invoicing, and collections, ensuring accurate run processes and audits. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential in this role.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key contact for client issue resolution with the national sales team and stakeholders.
• Coordinate redemptions including scheduling vehicle pickup, facilitating payments, and ensuring proper documentation.
• Receive and process payments, including money orders and cashier's checks.
• Operate equipment as needed and adapt to indoor/outdoor work conditions.
• Collaborate with Accounts Receivable to post charges, issue invoices, and pursue collections.
• Prioritize tasks within the lifecycle of auctioned vehicles and related processes.
• Maintain professionalism and nurture client relationships established by Manheim.
• Follow account procedures to prepare and audit run processes, including scheduling, repairs, and invoicing.
• Coordinate with other departments on post-sale activities, AR, and related matters.
• Generate file jackets for client audits containing condition reports and invoices.
