ADP is looking for an Associate Account Manager to join our Client Services team in a fast-paced call center environment. You will address client questions, resolve issues, and train users on ADP technology, ensuring client satisfaction for businesses with 50–999 employees.

You will build rapport with clients, communicate clearly via phone and email, and leverage ADP products to drive value. A supportive training program and opportunities for growth are provided.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in a customer service environment.
• Ability to work overtime during peak seasons.
• College degree is not required.

Responsibilities

• Be the front-line for solving clients' challenges and issue resolution.
• Build relationships with clients via phone, email, and chat to exceed expectations.
• Educate clients on ADP products and provide recommendations for best practices.
• Organize daily schedule to manage high call volume and peak seasons.
