Job summary

Meta is seeking a Client Solutions Manager in Detroit to lead strategic client relationships within the Global Business Group. You will translate business objectives into analyses, build trusted consultative sales approaches, and drive revenue through optimized opportunities.

You will partner with sales teams to deliver data-driven recommendations, design experiments, and educate clients on Meta's product solutions. Travel may be required.

• Advanced experience structuring and manipulating raw data into datasets for analysis.
• Expertise analyzing data from a variety of sources, presenting findings clearly and concisely.
• Proven track record in leveraging data to drive business cases and learning plans.

Responsibilities

• Act as product & insights expert to identify and implement marketing solutions that drive measurable results.
• Build and manage relationships with key clients and agency partners.
• Manage a book of business and drive performance through operational rigor and sales acumen.
• Identify and lead new business opportunities through strategic account planning.
• Develop narratives and recommendations from analyses and present findings to stakeholders.
• Design experimentation initiatives and track results to inform decisions.
• Educate clients on product solutions and best practices to grow partnerships.
• Drive proactive media and measurement strategy, implementation, and optimization.
• Oversee account operations and troubleshoot issues.
• Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to manage complex projects.
• Travel as needed.
