Cotality is seeking a Client Account Services Professional to bridge client needs with product and engineering teams. You will configure applications, manage client workflows, and communicate complex technical issues with clarity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in a similar role.
• 1-3 years working experience in product implementation, technical or client support.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience with SQL or programming languages preferred.

Responsibilities

• Technical Liaison: translate client needs into actionable tasks for internal product and engineering teams.
• Application Configuration: configure and fine-tune Cotality applications to meet client workflows.
• Strategic Communication: manage expectations and provide clear updates on complex technical issues.
• Problem Solving: diagnose why a solution isn't working and coordinate internal resources to fix it.
• Requirements Engineering: translate business needs into precise technical specifications for developers.
• End-to-End Troubleshooting: own the pipeline from problem to resolution and ensure data integrity.
• Application Lifecycle Management: perform ongoing configurations and updates as clients evolve.
• Technical Project Leadership: lead application change projects with project management frameworks.
• Strategic Risk Management: identify potential risks and create mitigation plans.
• Cross-Functional Orchestration: connect Account Management, DBA, Product Development, and System Engineering.
